Tips to make your child concentrate better!

  • Keep away form sugar --- Check their diet, breakfast, snacks, tiffin and dinner for sugar content. Sugar rush is nothing but the presence of the excessive sugar in their bloodstream that makes them hyperactive which makes it difficult for them to concentrate on one singular thing at a time.
  • Taking down notes helps --- Ask them to take down some notes when their teacher said something so that it will be useful for them to improve their concentration in recollecting them back.
  • Avoid Multi-Tasking --- Multi-tasking would be difficult for the children and they can’t concentrate on all the things at the same time. Let them concentrate one at a time.
  • Break up --- the breakup sessions can help them to concentrate more on their studies and enjoy their work than sitting continuously for more hours.
  • Habits --- watch regularly on the habits of your children where you can ensure to increase his concentration levels. This can make them easier to balance their schedule. Don’t make any disturbance while your children are studying. To improve his concentration look into his diet and cut down on his junk food intake if it is in excess, also try and sort out situations which might be stressing him out, as stress tends to interfere in one’s concentrating ability.
