How to deal with stress at work
Stress comes from Lack of feedback, increasing responsibilities, lack of communication, lack of co-operation, lack of positional clarity. Even though the causes for stress may be many, you can beat stress at work easily with few simple solutions. Talk to communicate which can make you to feel better which can give you a solution to the problem. Avoid Procrastination: Planning a head will help you to reach the deadlines in an easier way. There wont be much stress in doing the work at regular intervals. If you are having your work and your colleague asked you to do some work just simply say no or excuse him that you are having lot to do. This can help you to reduce over burden and responsibility. Be attentive at work. We have to be punctual, honest and attentive at work which can avoid the silly mistakes. Planning is much better and helpful to avoid distractions and meet the deadlines.
