Militants Attack in Srinagar

Militants attack Srinagar after 2 years and first case registered in the year 2010. They attacked at the heart of the Srinagar, the market hub Lal Chowk turned into a war zone this afternoon. It’s after 2 years that militants carried suicide attack in Srinagar. Eyewitnesses said that they heard 2 fire shots followed by a bang of an exploding grenade and after that the CRPF personnel rushing in all directions. There were constant bursts of bullets from both sides. They have cleared the site of civilian population. Police suspect 2 militants are hiding inside two different locations inside the Hotel Punjab and they can’t confirm officially as of now. One security personnel have died in the incident and several people were injured in the attack. This is the first terror attack case in the year 2010.
