Leadership Qualities

Leadership is not an easy task to achieve. A person has to get certain qualities to achieve the leadership. The motivation plays a major role in the leadership. He should be capable of doing anything and accepting any situation at anytime. He should avoid his weaknesses and make his subordinates to do that. Communication plays a major role in the leadership qualities. The proper communication with the sub- ordinates and motivating them in achieving the task is also a good leadership quality.

The leader has to avoid certain qualities such as anger, loss of faith, lying, neglect of duties, lack of confidentiality, failing of temptations of the senses, taking advice from wrong people, taking wrong decisions, not co-operating with the sub-ordinates, quarrel with the co- working people, neglecting wise persons advice etc, to become a good leader. If the person has this kind of qualities then he can no more become a good leader. He should have the patience in doing a particular task and also should have the ability to get ideas from the people in completing that task. The leader has the responsibility to maintain the team under his control and motivating them in doing the task. So every person has to achieve these qualities to became a good leader.
