Motivation

The following are the list of items which are used for motivating his sub-ordinates.

  • Creating periodic opportunities for interaction with knowledge persons for learning and self- renewal.
  • Consultative, participative management style.
  • Openness to constructive criticism, negative feedback and suggestions.
  • Decisiveness and quick action.
  • Celebrating achievement of targets and milestones in organizational and personal lives of employees.
  • Take care of all the employees individually and giving the moral support to them.
